A friend and colleague asked for a bespoke cake for her husbands upcoming birthday.
The ask was to create a “Stray Cats” band cake. I’m not going to lie, I had heard of them but wasn’t 100% sure! A quick Google / YouTube later, we were watching the video “Stray Cat Strut” from 1981.
Inspired by the video, we created this cake. This was so enjoyable to do, something a little different, and she was pretty pleased with the results. As usual with almost all our cakes, everything you see is 100% edible.
